Ordering Information
How far in advance should I order cake pops?
For standard designs, we recommend ordering at least 3-5 days in advance. For custom designs or large orders (40+ cake pops), please allow 7-10 days. During peak seasons (holidays, summer wedding season), we suggest booking even earlier to secure your date.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 12 cake pops of the same design. For mixed designs, the minimum is 24 cake pops (12 of each design). Corporate orders have a minimum of 36 cake pops.
Do you offer vegan or allergen-free cake pops?
Yes! We offer vegan cake pops and can accommodate various dietary requirements including gluten-free options. However, please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How do I place an order?

Delivery & Collection
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK is available for a flat fee of £5.99. Special delivery is available via overnight courier for £11.99. Free delivery is available on orders over £50 within our local delivery area.
How are cake pops packaged for delivery?
Our cake pops are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes with protective inserts to prevent damage during transit. For gift orders, we offer premium packaging options including ribbon, gift tags, and personalised messages.
What if my cake pops arrive damaged?
In the rare event that your cake pops arrive damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

Can cake pops be frozen?
Yes, cake pops freeze beautifully! Place them in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month. To defrost, leave them in the refrigerator overnight, then bring to room temperature before serving.
What’s the best way to transport cake pops?
Keep cake pops upright during transport to prevent the sticks from sliding out. Our delivery boxes are designed for safe transport, but if you’re moving them yourself, a shallow box with tissue paper works well. Avoid hot cars or direct sunlight which can melt the coating.
Do cake pops need to be refrigerated?
Most of our cake pops do not require refrigeration and are best enjoyed at room temperature. However, certain flavours with cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated when not being served.
